These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”), along with the policies available on our platform, establish a legally binding agreement between you and [WINXALPHA] (“WinXAlpha,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before participating in any games or using our services on the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, please refrain from engaging with our games or services on the platform.

We have made every effort to keep these Terms of Use straightforward and concise. However, to ensure clarity, we have summarized key clauses and provided links to relevant sections. Please remember that these summaries highlight only the essential points, so refer to the full sections for comprehensive details.

To access our website https://www.winxalpha.com/, you must agree to comply with these Terms of Use. For further details on the scope and possible updates to these Terms of Use, as well as definitions of key terms, please refer to the Introduction section.

Eligibility and Parental Responsibility

  • Only individuals who are 18 years or older and of sound mind are permitted to use the WinXAlpha platform. Use of the platform is restricted in certain regions, as outlined in our Eligibility section.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you may access our platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and accepted these terms on your behalf. By allowing a minor to access the platform, parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the minor’s activities and actions on the platform.
  • WinXAlpha provides features and games with safety in mind, but we do not assume any liability or responsibility for the behavior, content, or interactions of minors on the platform. We encourage parents to monitor all online interactions, as the platform may contain competitive content not suitable for all users.

To participate in Tournaments, please follow the registration process outlined in the Nature and Use of the Platform section. Your profile details may be visible to other users on the platform.

The rules governing Tournaments and awards are available in the Participation section. Each Tournaments may have its own rules and code of conduct, found in the Tournaments section.

All amounts paid for Tournaments are non-refundable except under conditions described in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation

Policy. Winnings may be withdrawn subject to KYC verification and tax deductions as per applicable law.

Only skill-based Tournaments are offered on our platform. Please refer to the Games of Skill section for further details. For safe gameplay, follow the guidelines in our Safety section.

When using communication features on our platform, adhere to the guidelines in the Community Rules and Code of Conduct section. You may not use the platform in prohibited ways outlined in the Restrictions section. You agree to indemnify us for any losses incurred due to your misuse of the platform.

Details on account termination can be found in the Termination section. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and we disclaim all warranties related to the platform as described in the Disclaimer section.

Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration in [Gujarat], with an arbitrator appointed by us, as Exps lained in the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section.

Introduction

1. WinXAlpha, an online gaming Tournaments platform. WinXAlpha provides a variety of skill-based digital Tournaments gaming Exps eriences, along with promotional and interactive features (collectively referred to as “Services”), available through its web portal, https://www.winxalpha.com.

2. Any capitalized terms that are used in this Agreement but not defined within this section will have the meanings provided in Section 1.9 (Definitions and Interpretation).

3. This Agreement applies to all individuals who visit the Platform, create a player account, contribute content, or interact with WinXAlpha in any official or commercial capacity, either directly or indirectly (“Users”, “You”, or “Your”).

4. By signing up, browsing, downloading, using, or accessing any part of the WinXAlpha platform, or by using any of the services provided, you (the user) agree to follow and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

5. If at any time Users do not accept or agree to any terms of this Agreement while accessing any Services on the Platform, they should refrain from accessing the Platform.

6. WinXAlpha reserves the right to periodically review, update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use or other terms of the Agreement at its sole discretion.

7. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on this page wherever appropriate. Users are encouraged to visit this page periodically for updates on the Terms of Use applicable to their usage of the Platform.

8. Continued usage of the Platform by Users after any updates, changes, replacements, or modifications to this Agreement constitutes their valid consent to such changes.

Definitions

1. "Agreement" refers to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies available on the Platform, including all additional or modified terms and conditions and policies in relation to the Platform or any current or future services that may be offered by WinXAlpha. This Agreement is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011. This Agreement is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

2. "Applicable Law" includes all laws, statutes, regulations, codes, rules, guidelines, orders, and approvals, including health and safety regulations, of any governmental authority or self-regulatory guidelines that may apply to the Users or are related to the subject matter of this Agreement as applicable in India.

3. "Tournaments" on the WinXAlpha platform refer to skill-based competitions in which users can either join existing tournaments or host their own. Users can select between “paid” tournaments, which require a designated entry fee, or “free-to-play” tournaments, which are open to all users without any entry fee.

4. "Balance" Balance" refers to the total cash credit available in a User’s account on WinXAlpha. This balance includes amounts added through deposits and winnings earned from participating in tournaments on the platform.

5. "Deposit" is the amount added by a User to their account through a preferred payment method (e-wallet, debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking). The Deposit conversion ratio is INR 1 (Rupees One) = INR 1.

6. "Designated Amount" refers to the entry fee that Users pay from their Balance to join a tournament on WinXAlpha. This fee contributes to the total Prize Money Pool available for distribution among winners.

7. "Mobile Games" refers to external skill-based mobile games, such as BGMI and Free Fire ETC.., that users participate in through tournaments organized by WinXAlpha. WinXAlpha does not own or develop these games but provides a platform for hosting tournaments in collaboration with these external games.

8. "Person" includes any individual, business entity (such as a company or corporation), association, partnership, or legal entity recognized as a “person” under applicable law.

9. "Platform Fee" is the amount charged by WinXAlpha for making available its online gaming platform and providing the service that allows Users to participate in games of skill or access other offered content. the fee charged by WinXAlpha for using its platform, which varies based on the subscription plan chosen by the tournament host.

10. "Prize Money Pool" is the total prize amount accumulated from all participant contributions in a tournament, which is distributed among the winners as per the pre-defined payout structure.

11. "Sponsored Content" refers to advertisements or promotions displayed on the WinXAlpha Platform for third-party brands. These ads are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" and are solely managed by WinXAlpha, not by other users.

12. "Sponsored Content Partner" refers to any third-party brand or organization that collaborates with WinXAlpha to display their advertisements or promotional content on the Platform.

13. "Third-Party Game Developer" refers to the creators of external games, like BGMI or Free Fire, in which WinXAlpha organizes tournaments. WinXAlpha provides tournament hosting services but does not develop or modify these games.

14. "WinXAlpha Token" WinXAlpha does not offer platform-specific tokens. All rewards are distributed directly as cash prizes or other benefits without additional token-based transactions.

15. "Winnings" are awards (cash, WinXAlpha Tokens, or promotional gifts) given to one or more Users based on their performance in a Tournaments, distributed as a share of the Prize Money Pool. the cash prizes awarded to users based on their placement in a tournament. These prizes are distributed from the Prize Money Pool.

16. "Exps" or "Exps erience Points" are points earned by Users on WinXAlpha through participation in tournaments. Exps can be accumulated and redeemed for discounts, benefits, or other rewards as specified by WinXAlpha.

Interpretation

1. Any reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and any reference to one gender includes other gender(s), unless otherwise specified.

2. Headings and captions are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

3. References to a natural Person include his/her heirs, executors, and permitted assignees. References to a juristic Person include its affiliates, successors, and permitted assignees, unless the context indicates otherwise.

Eligibility

Any act of browsing, registering, downloading, using, or accessing any part of the Platform or using any of the services offered by WinXAlpha constitutes a legal contract between the User and WinXAlpha.

A User may use the Platform if they meet the following conditions:

  • Natural Persons: Individuals can access the Platform if they comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the country where they reside, are a citizen, or from which they access the Platform.
  • Juristic Persons: Legal entities (such as companies or partnerships) can use the Platform if they adhere to all applicable laws and industry standards in the country where they are registered, maintain their main office, or from which they access the Platform.

1. Employee Participation Restrictions

No individual involved in developing or managing the WinXAlpha Platform, whether an employee or contractor, is permitted to participate in any tournament or competition on the Platform if their participation could potentially impact the outcome or fairness of the event. Exceptions to this rule require Exps licit written approval from WinXAlpha, which may include specific conditions or limitations.

2. Regional Availability

WinXAlpha's services are available exclusively to users residing in India. Users residing in the states of Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, along with the state of Gujarat for certain games, are restricted from participating in tournaments or accessing certain platform features. Users are encouraged to review any Special Rules or Agreements relevant to specific tournaments for additional restrictions.

3. Game Terms

Certain tournaments or platform features may have additional rules or conditions ("Game Terms") that are considered part of this Agreement. Users must agree to the Game Terms before joining any tournament or event on the Platform. If any inconsistency arises between these Terms of Use and the specific Game Terms, the Game Terms will take precedence.

Users deemed “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to enter into this Agreement with WinXAlpha.

Only Users who have successfully registered on the Platform as outlined in section 3 (Nature and Use of the Platform) and who adhere to the terms of this Agreement, including these Terms of Use, are eligible to use the Platform.

WinXAlpha reserves the right to terminate any User’s account and/or deny access to thePlatform if it is brought to WinXAlpha’s attention that a User has violated this Agreement, including any of these Terms of Use.

Nature and Use of the Platform

Overview

WinXAlpha provides a competitive online gaming Tournaments platform for users to organize and participate in skill-based gaming tournaments. These tournaments, featuring popular games such as BGMI and Free Fire, offer a structured space for users to host games or compete for cash prizes through WinXAlpha’s in-web interface.

Registration

Users register on WinXAlpha by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, creating an account, and verifying their identity through an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to their mobile phone. This registration process will establish an account with both a deposit balance and a winnings balance.

User Commitments

By registering, each user confirms:

  • They meet all eligibility requirements, as defined in Section 2.
  • The information provided (e.g., name, contact information, etc..) is accurate and current.
  • They will maintain an updated profile for a secure and interactive platform Exps erience.

User profile information may be visible to other participants on the platform for interactive features like leaderboards, reviews, or personalized content.

Privacy and Data Use

WinXAlpha handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, users consent to:

  • WinXAlpha using profile names, pictures, and winnings for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • WinXAlpha holding a perpetual, worldwide license to use such information for marketing on its digital and print channels.
  • Any disputes related to data use are governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Deposits

For tournament participation, users must fund their accounts with a minimum balance. A 28% GST applies to any deposits made, as per current regulations (Rule 31B of GST Rules read with CGST/IGST Amendment Act, 2023). The deposited funds may be used only for paid Tournaments on the platform.

Platform Fee Information

WinXAlpha applies a platform fee on each tournament entry, calculated as a fixed percentage of the total prize pool after GST deductions. Users are notified of any platform fee adjustments.

Example: Tournament Fee Breakdown

Scenario: BGMI Solo Tournament

  • Players: 100
  • Entry Fee: ₹10 per player
  • Total Prize Pool (including GST): ₹1000
  • 1. GST Deduction

    GST Rate: 28%

    • GST Amount ₹1000 × 28% = ₹218.75
    • Prize Pool after GST : ₹1000 - ₹218.75 = ₹781.25

    2. Platform Fee Deduction

    Host's Subscription Plan: Elite (4% platform fee)

    • Platform Fee: ₹781.25 × 0.04 = ₹31.25
    • Remaining Prize Pool : ₹781.25 - ₹31.25 = ₹750

    3. Host Cut Deduction

    Host's Cut: 5% of the remaining prize pool

    • Host Cut : ₹750 × 0.05 = ₹37.5
    • Remaining Prize Pool for Winners: ₹750 - ₹37.5 = ₹712.5

    4. Prize Distribution

    The remaining prize pool of ₹712.5 is distributed among winners.

    • Default Distribution:
      • 1st Place: 50% = ₹712.5 × 0.50 = ₹356.25
      • 2nd Place: 30% = ₹712.5 × 0.30 = ₹213.75
      • 3rd Place: 20% = ₹712.5 × 0.20 = ₹142.5

A. Protection of Minors

We do not allow content that involves or depicts the following:

  1. Sexual Exploitation:
    • Sexual activities (penetrative or non-penetrative) involving minors.
    • Erotic or sexual arousal content involving minors.
    • Grooming behavior intended for sexual abuse or exploitation.
    • Erotic dances or sexually explicit conversations involving minors.
  2. Substance Abuse:
    • Minors consuming, possessing, or suspected of consuming alcohol, drugs, or tobacco.
  3. Abuse:
    • Physical or psychological abuse involving minors, including threats of harm.
    • Blackmailing minors to transmit sexually explicit material.
  4. Language:
    • Sexual or erotic language, vulgar language, or excessive profanity inappropriate for younger audiences.

B. Intellectual Property

We encourage the creation and sharing of original content while protecting intellectual property rights. Content is prohibited if it involves:

  1. Violation of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  2. Plagiarism of any content, including user profiles or elements thereof.

I. Nudity and Sexual Content Policy

WinXAlpha prohibits sexually Exps licit or suggestive content, which includes:

  • Display or description of sexual acts, nudity, or partial nudity.
  • Content focusing on sexual arousal or acts, bestiality, incest, and other prohibited sexual behavior.

Educational or artistic exemptions may be made only where Exps ressly permitted by WinXAlpha.

II. Minor Safety

Ensuring the safety of minors is paramount. WinXAlpha maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any Exps loitative content involving minors. Content must comply with the minimum age requirement for platform use as outlined in our Terms of Use.

III. Harmful or Dangerous Content Policy

Content that encourages or demonstrates dangerous, illegal activities or risks serious physical harm is strictly prohibited:

  1. Risky Challenges & Pranks:
    • Challenges leading to injury or emotional abuse.
    • Pranks causing severe emotional distress or fear of harm.
  2. Illegal Instructions:
    • Guidance on creating hard drugs or harmful substances.
    • Demonstrating hacking, theft, or illegal IT activities.
  3. Health Risks:
    • Promoting eating disorders or harmful behaviors.
  4. Violence and Crime:
    • Encouraging violent acts, theft, or criminal behavior.

IV. Violent and Graphic Content Policy

We do not allow excessively gruesome or shocking content:

1. Violent Acts

  • Inciting others to commit violence.
  • Depictions of violent crimes, protests, or street fights.

2. Harmful Imagery

  • Footage or imagery showing bodily fluids or injuries with the intent to shock.
  • Dismembered, mutilated, or charred remains.

3. Animal Cruelty

  • Harmful acts or animal fights staged for entertainment.

Exceptions: Staged or fictional content is allowed with proper context and disclaimers.

V. Dangerous Individuals and Organizations Policy

We prohibit the use of our platform by individuals or organizations engaging in or promoting:

  1. Terrorism, human trafficking, or violent extremism.
  2. Drug trafficking, fraud, or cybercrime.
  3. Homicide or violent acts.

Content is not allowed if it:

  • Praises, supports, or glorifies terrorist or criminal organizations.
  • Depicts acts of violence or crime for recruitment purposes.
  • Displays insignia or symbols of terrorist organizations without educational context.

VI. Suicide, Self-Harm, and Dangerous Acts Policy

We strictly prohibit content that promotes self-harm or encourages dangerous activities. However, open discussions about mental health are encouraged if handled sensitively.

Exceptions: Content posted for educational, scientific, or documentary purposes must include sufficient context, subject to platform discretion

Suicide and Self-Harm: Prohibits content promoting, glorifying, or instructing self-harm or suicide, while allowing educational or supportive material for those struggling with such thoughts.

Hate Speech and Hateful Ideologies: Strictly bans content or communication that incites violence, promotes hatred, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on protected attributes like age, gender, religion, or race.

Harassment and Bullying: Disallows abusive behavior, threats, or content targeting individuals to shame, insult, or harm them, especially based on intrinsic or group-based attributes.

Integrity and Authenticity

  • Spam: Prohibits misleading content, spamming, and any actions that lure users off the platform for malicious purposes.
  • Impersonation: Forbids creating fake accounts pretending to be another individual or organization.
  • Misleading Information: Removes harmful misinformation, including false claims about health, elections, or civic processes.

Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods: Prohibits content promoting or facilitating criminal acts, selling illegal goods, or providing instructions for criminal activities. This includes the sale and promotion of drugs, firearms, and human exploitation.

Actions Taken for Violations of Community Guidelines

If you come across content that you believe may violate our Community Guidelines, please report it through the reporting option available on the user’s profile. We will review these reports internally and work promptly to address the issue. Content that does not adhere to our guidelines will either be removed or subjected to appropriate actions after thorough review.

To assist us in reviewing your report effectively, please provide as much information as possible, such as relevant links, usernames, and detailed descriptions of the content.

We take complaints regarding intellectual property infringement very seriously. If you identify any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, please report it at the earliest opportunity.

When filing a report, ensure to include detailed information, such as the nature of the infringement and supporting evidence.

In cases where we believe there is a risk of physical harm or a threat to public safety, we may collaborate with law enforcement authorities as necessary.

Exps and Leveling Overview

WinXAlpha uses an Exps (Exps erience Points) system to track user engagement and progress on the platform. This system enables users to level up based on accumulated Exps and, in certain cases, convert Exps into cash rewards, subject to the rules outlined below.

Earning Exps

Users earn Exps by participating in tournaments. Exps allocation varies by tournament size:

  • Small Tournaments (up to ₹5,000 Prize Pool) : Hosts receive 50 Exps, while 1st place receives 70 Exps, 2nd place receives 50 Exps, 3rd place receives 30 Exps, and all other participants earn 10 Exps.
  • Medium Tournaments (₹5,001 - ₹10,000 Prize Pool) : Hosts receive 100 Exps, while 1st place receives 140 Exps, 2nd place receives 100 Exps, 3rd place receives 80 Exps, and other participants receive 20 Exps.
  • Large Tournaments (₹10,001 - ₹50,000 Prize Pool) : Hosts earn 200 Exps, 1st place receives 280 Exps, 2nd place receives 200 Exps, 3rd place receives 160 Exps, and other participants receive 40 Exps.

Exps Conversion

Users may convert Exps into cash once a minimum of 10,000 Exps has been reached. Conversion rate is fixed at 10,000 Exps for ₹500. Conversion of Exps to cash may reduce a user's level, as leveling up is linked to Exps accumulation.

Level Progression

  • Level 1 : 200 Exps required
  • Level 2 : 250 Exps (450 cumulative)
  • Level 3 : 300 Exps (750 cumulative)

No Refund or Transfer

All Exps earned are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exps have no cash value outside the platform and are only redeemable according to the terms above. Any unauthorized attempt to transfer, sell, or exchange Exps may result in account suspension or termination.

Amendments and Expiration

WinXAlpha reserves the right to modify the Exps earning, conversion rates, and leveling requirements at any time. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Platform Fee at Withdrawal

A Platform Fee may be charged at the time of withdrawal of Winnings from WinXAlpha, which can be applied at either a game level or platform level, based on the type of Tournaments. This Platform Fee will vary depending on the specific offers and terms applicable at the time of withdrawal. Users will be informed of any such fees prior to initiating a withdrawal.

If any discounts on Platform Fees apply at withdrawal due to accumulated Exps, this conversion will be defined by WinXAlpha and updated periodically, ensuring users are aware of the impact on their withdrawals at either the game or platform level.

Participation in Tournaments

Users can participate in various skill-based tournaments available on the WinXAlpha platform.

To join a tournament, a Designated Amount may be required, which will be deducted from the user's account balance. This Designated Amount includes both the Platform Fee for accessing WinXAlpha’s services and the user's contribution towards the tournament Prize Pool.

Host or winxalpha have authority to change price poll in last moment because of resnebal reson like lack of players.

Each tournament specifies a participant limit and registration time. A tournament is confirmed only if the required number of users registers before the deadline.

Any Designated Amount collected for participation is non-refundable unless a tournament is canceled.

WinXAlpha reserves the right to change participation requirements, extend registration times, or modify or cancel any tournament with due notice to users.

Winnings and Withdrawals

Winnings Distribution

  • Winnings are awarded according to pre-declared rules at tournament registration and may be in the form of cash, Exps, or other promotional rewards. Users are responsible for maintaining an active bank/UPI account for withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and must match the name on the user’s KYC documents.

KYC Verification

  • WinXAlpha mandates KYC verification for withdrawals, requiring a government-issued ID and other information. Users authorizing KYC with Aadhaar/Pan Card will only have their information used temporarily, as allowed by law.

Taxes and Net Winnings Calculation

  • Taxes on Winnings are the responsibility of users. As per applicable law, a 30% TDS will be deducted at the time of withdrawal based on cumulative net winnings. Net winnings for the financial year will be calculated as follows:

Net Winnings = [Total Withdrawals in the FY – (Total Deposits in the FY + Net Winnings previously taxed + Opening balance as of April 1st)]

Adjustments will be made for any prior year’s winnings balance on which TDS was already deducted.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Platform Fees on Withdrawals

    1. Return, Refund, and Cancellation

      a. If there is a verifiable error in the services provided by WinXAlpha, users may receive a refund of the Designated Amount upon investigation and approval by our team. Refunds will only be granted under genuine circumstances, such as errors on our side or payment gateway issues.

      b. Before participating, users should read each tournament’s rules, as participation fees are non-refundable once paid unless in the case of errors or cancellations by WinXAlpha.

      c. In exceptional cases, such as platform errors, WinXAlpha may cancel participation at the user’s request and process a refund of the Designated Amount within a reasonable timeframe.

      d. If WinXAlpha cancels a tournament, the Designated Amount will be credited back to the user’s account to be used in other tournaments.

      e. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within the account’s designated timeframes.

    2. Platform Fee at Withdrawal

      WinXAlpha may apply a Platform Fee on user withdrawals, which serves as a payout processing fee. This fee structure ensures smooth and secure transactions for users, which could vary based on ongoing offers. Users will may notified of the Platform Fee applicable to withdrawals at both the game and platform level.

    3. Inactive Accounts and Platform Maintenance Fees

    • Accounts inactive for over 365 days incur a Platform Maintenance Fee. This fee is for defraying the operational costs associated with dormant accounts.
    • Deposit Accounts: The full deposit amount, including taxes, may be charged.
    • Winnings Account: A one-time freezing fee of INR X (up to INR 100) is charged. Monthly maintenance fees of 8.33% of the Winnings Account balance may apply if inactivity continues, to be deducted automatically without further notice.

    4. Account Re-Verification and Unfreezing

    • Users can reactivate accounts by re-submitting KYC documents, allowing access to their account. Monthly fees continue until account reactivation or until the balance depletes to zero, at which point the account is permanently closed.

WinXAlpha Bonus Program Terms

    1. Bonus Program Terms

    • WinXAlpha may offer Bonus Points (or “Exps”) that users accumulate in a dedicated bonus wallet. These points allow users to access discounts on Platform Fees or other benefits.
    • Bonus Points are may valid for 7 days, after which they Exps ire if unused. Points also Exps ire upon account inactivity for may 7 days or account termination.

    2. Restrictions

    • WinXAlpha may set limits on Bonus Point usage, conversion rates, and the Exps iration period at its discretion. Upon account suspension, Bonus Points are forfeited immediately.

WinXAlpha Tournaments, Winnings, and Participation

    1. Participation in Tournaments

    • Users must pay the Designated Amount to participate, with this payment non-refundable once a tournament has begun unless canceled by WinXAlpha.

    2. Winnings Distribution

    • Prizes are pre-set, and winnings are credited to the user’s wallet. For withdrawals, users must complete KYC. Taxes on winnings apply as per the applicable 30% TDS rate on cumulative net winnings, calculated on financial year-end or withdrawal.

    3. Example

    • For a BGMI tournament with 100 participants and a ₹10 entry fee:

3. EXPS Usage and Validity

Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their jurisdictions when accessing the platform. All disputes will be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including the interpretation of the terms and the respective rights and obligations of the parties, shall be subject to Indian law.

2. Deletion Process

  • Once a deletion request is initiated, WinXAlpha will confirm acceptance within 12 hours and complete the deletion within 15 days of acceptance. Account deletion is irreversible, and WinXAlpha shall not restore access once deletion is complete. In rare instances where an account has been accidentally deleted or due to critical technical errors, users may request account restoration within a 7-day period. Please note that account restoration is subject to WinXAlpha's sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

3. Impact on Account Balance and Content
